Answers to Common IME Questions

Report turnaround is dependent on transcription turnaround, typically 4-6 business days. Expedited reports are available with a turnaround time of 24-48 hours. 

Testimony and depositions are provided when requested and appropriate, with reasonable notice.  Please contact me with requests for deposition and trial testimony given over the last 10 years.

Medical records may be sent to info@imemilehighmidwest.com or via a secure link. Paper records are acceptable but not preferred.

IME fees are typically based on the time (or anticipated time) spent reviewing medical records, interviewing and examining patients, answering questions, including calculating impairments, and preparing and dictating reports. Flat fees are based on the volume of medical records and the number of questions asked. The average IME/Record Review fee is $2120 over the last year.

I am trained in the American Medical Association's Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 3rd edition, Revised; the 5th edition; and the 6th edition. I am also familiar with and have used the Wisconsin Disability handbook.
